- hearing a repetitive noise to the point where i feel like it's coming from inside my head instead of out in the real world
- hearing someone's voice nearby, and feeling like my self is a loose tooth in the gum of my body, and that i will at any moment literally become the person who i hear speaking
- looking at the face of someone who closely resembles someone else i know/knew, and feeling like their face will morph to become the latter person's
- looking at the face of someone with the same ethnicity/sex as me, and feeling like their face will morph to become mine
