i am on the mend; at least now i can say that i am trying. and i hope you will forget things i still lack. time to get the seeds into the cold ground, it takes a while to grow anything.

  • jog everytime i'm anxious
  • schedule everything in google calendar
  • journal a few times a week
  • get prescription sunglasses (?)
  • finish in cold blood + start a new book
  • quit reddit (fr this time)
  • stay hydrated + eat properly (practice cooking)
  • work with my monotropism (sticky attention)
  • clean out my car
  • go for hikes w dad once a week
  • get my bangs trimmed (maybe)
  • digital declutter
    • downloads
    • make folders for courses
    • bookmarks
    • email (unsubscribe from everything useless)
    • phone notifs
