i am on the mend; at least now i can say that i am trying. and i hope you will forget things i still lack. time to get the seeds into the cold ground, it takes a while to grow anything.
- jog everytime i'm anxious
- schedule everything in google calendar
- journal a few times a week
- get prescription sunglasses (?)
- finish in cold blood + start a new book
- quit reddit (fr this time)
- stay hydrated + eat properly (practice cooking)
- work with my monotropism (sticky attention)
- clean out my car
- go for hikes w dad once a week
- get my bangs trimmed (maybe)
- digital declutter
- downloads
- make folders for courses
- bookmarks
- email (unsubscribe from everything useless)
- phone notifs
