    - wash your hands, feel each of your fingers. 
- trim, file and buff your nails and toenails. 
- put moisturizer on your hands and/or feet. 
- exfoliate everywhere. 
- give yourself a manicure. 
- roll out your ankles, flex and point your feet a couple times. 
- stretch yourself a little, if you have enough energy try doing yoga. 
- roll your neck in circles in both directions. 
- shake your hands and roll your wrists. 
- if you want to, shave anywhere you want to shave. 
- if you have any sore muscles, massage them with your hands. 
- go through your normal facial care routine. splash water on your face, put on a moisturizer, use a facial cleanser, or put on a nice mask. 
- take a warm shower. 
- wash your hair. 
- dry yourself off gently with a soft towel, pay attention to the feeling of the fabric on your skin. 
- put on clothes that make you feel confident and/or cozy. 
- eat something. 
- drink a huge glass of water. 
- have a warm tea/soy milk with coffee. 
- comb or brush your hair. braid it off your face.

    - delete unnecessary photos and apps from your phone and computer. 
- close all apps running in the background of your phone. 
- close all the tabs open on your computer. 
- organize your files. 
- check emails, clean up your inbox. 
- clear every notification on your phone and computer. 
- take everything off your desk and wipe it down. 
- put all papers where they need to go. 
- put all books on your shelf. 
- untangle all of your cables. 
- make your bed. 
- change your sheets, pillowcase and duver cover. 
- put all dirty clothes in a laundry bin. 
- do the laundry. 
- put all the random junk that doesn't have a place in a box, hide it on the closet and tidy it later. 
- hang or fold all clean clothes. 
- open the curtains and windows. 
- vacuum the floor. 
- clean your phone and notebook screen, keyboard, etc. 
- put all your pens in a jar.
