 
     It's hard most of days to do basic things (hello mental illness). I end up feeling like a failure, frustrated with myself, useless, like I did nothing all day but stare at a computer screen. I'm writing these down so I don't forget that some quick 25min pomos can save an entire day.

- moving my body (jogging, dancing, biking, stretching, yoga) 
- quality time with the cats (playing, brushing, cuddling, going for a walk) 
- quick gaming session 
- body self-care (hair, face, teeth, nails, cleaning) 
- organizing something (wardrobe, computer files, kitchen cabinets, library) 
- checking and writing up listography and TickTick calendar/todos 
- creative writing 
- some form of handcraft hobby (drawing, painting, puzzles, journaling, collages) 
- reply to messages (Telegram, WhatsApp) 
- check in with my aunties
