With ADHD and dysthymia, it's hard most of days to do basic things. I end up feeling like a failure, frustrated with myself, useless, like I did nothing all day but stare at a computer screen. I'm writing these down so I don't forget that some quick 25min pomos can save an entire day.

  • quality time with the cats (playing, brushing, cuddling, going for a walk)
  • quick gaming session
  • body self-care (hair, face, teeth, nails, cleaning)
  • organizing something (wardrobe, computer files, kitchen cabinets, library)
  • checking and writing up listography and TickTick calendar/todos
  • creative writing
  • some form of handcraft hobby (drawing, painting, puzzles, journaling, collages)
  • reply to messages (Telegram, WhatsApp)
  • check in with my aunties
