• thu - pinback @ amoeba in-store, maybe scissors for lefty @ warfield, hot hot heat @ popscene //// skipped pinback and ended up seeing b. garza at popscene post-warfield show. to say it was amazing would be an understatement
• fri - sean's warehouse party, vhs or beta @ mezzanine //// "night on fire" still kills, followed by taxicab racing and lots of whiskey and booze in the dogpatch!
• sat - DIY festival, day 1 of the treasure island music festival //// missed DIY but had a phenomenal time at TIMF, especially with my photo pass
• sun - day 2 of the treasure island music festival //// even better, i am so tired right now
• mon - "all my loving," "the pink floyd and syd barrett story" movies @ roxie //// the first one i now understand why it was banned in the US, and barrett was such a tragic genius. i'm glad i went with my dad who could fill me in on history and trivia
