- i got to talk to my mom for an hour at work and she updated me on the fam drama
- i got to see my fave kids at work
- i made my train to sj on time
- i took a nice nap on the bullet trip
- jorge and jon picked me up from the station and jon was obnoxious with the car horn
- crystal and catalina immediately shoved food on my plate when i got to the house and all of it was so good and homemade: potato salad, burgers, salad salad, beans!
- there was an ice cream cake, AND a carrot cake
- i got to talk to my brother josh and my mom
- we all took pictures together
- (josh in the middle of telling a story): mom: "wait, what are you talking about?" / josh: "you don't want to know, it involves marijuana"
- josh to catalina: "how many friends can you have at the age of 11?" / jon: "yeah, i just hung out with you guys when i was 11!" (me and josh)
- talking about old favorite childhood shows: the big comfy couch, thomas the tank engine, sesame street, the littles, thundercats, ghostwriter, power rangers
- reminscing about old PBS programming
- playing soccer outside and running around
- going to the movies to watch "superman returns"
- mom watching the trailer for "lady in the water" and then stifling laughs after: "that was the dumbest thing i have ever seen"
- giggling for whatever reason at the fandango advert
- doing the superman move (extending fist in air in front of you) during the good parts of the movie
- saying "awwwww" when the little kid was being extra adorable
- me burping loudly during a quiet, pivotal scene in the movie
- josh and i ragging on how everyone was lame to NOT RECOGNIZE CLARK KENT WITHOUT GLASSES
- getting on the freeway to come back to sf being an adventure
- chatting with mom on the drive up
- mom ending crashing at my flat and taking me to work this morning and making a pit stop at albertson's to buy me breakfast!!!! best mom ever
- realizing my bro-sins and brother are such amazing people and i miss them more than i say
- drooling over brandon routh and his SEXINESS in glasses/uniform
