i don't believe in resolutions, but promises have more weight with me. i think it's about the attempt more than the accomplishment, and if both are successful, then it's all the more celebrating. things i am going to attempt to do:
- exercise more - i don't care what my size is, i just want to feel healthy
- no junk food, sugar, or caffeine - minor cheating allowed
- buying only used goods or clearance/sale items - i think this is more me trying to curb my spending habits, but i think this will be an interesting one
- brush teeth every day - i'm pretty bad about this
- make more food at home versus eating out - part monetary, party health choice driven
- complete all doctor checkups by the end of the year - i think the last time i did this was my senior year in high school (i'm now a senior in college)
- stay clean - in all aspects (mostly, don't let my laundry pile up)
- practice punctuality - work and personal committments
- blog at least once a day - i have a lot of thoughts that go by unannounced to the world, and i missed a lot of deadlines too by sitting on them too long
- have better follow-through - goes with above
- stop indulging my vices - period.
