- 4 calabrese bread slices
- 2 bunches of cherry tomatoes
- 1 tsbp capers
- 50g green olives, pits removed
- 50g black olives, pits removed
- 1 spring of basil
- 2 cloves of garlic
- oil
- salt
- pepper
- toast the bread in the oven until lighty crispy, then rub on top the peeled garlic cloves
- wash the tomatoes and capers, slice the olives, and finely chop the basil
- season with oil, a dash of salt and black pepper, pour over the toasted bread & enjoy!
