• 4 calabrese bread slices
    • 2 bunches of cherry tomatoes
    • 1 tsbp capers
    • 50g green olives, pits removed
    • 50g black olives, pits removed
    • 1 spring of basil
    • 2 cloves of garlic
    • oil
    • salt
    • pepper
  • toast the bread in the oven until lighty crispy, then rub on top the peeled garlic cloves
  • wash the tomatoes and capers, slice the olives, and finely chop the basil
  • season with oil, a dash of salt and black pepper, pour over the toasted bread & enjoy!
