- bread slices
- vegan butter
- io veg fettine smoked
- io veg fettine biancofilante
- mozzarisella fettine gusto saporito
- just butter the toast, then layer the cheeze slices & sandwich them with the bread - grill until the bread is crispy
- italian vegan cheese production is really poor atm, so i made a few attempt, but these brands are kind of cool - i didn't even like cheese in my non vegan days, but the kids found the toast really nice
- keep in mind that it's not a healthy meal per se, but a nice swap
