• 2 cups chickpeas
    • 1/2 cup almond butter (or cashews)
    • 1/4 cup syrup
    • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
    • 3/4 tsp coconut oil
    • 1/4 tsp baking powder
    • 1/4 tsp baking soda
    • 1/3 cup shredded coconut
    • salt
  • preheat oven 170°
  • take a blender and add all the ingredients, blend until combined
  • spread into a baking sheet lined with parchment paper
  • bake for 20-25 minutes (when poking the toothpick into the batter comes out clean)
  • wait 20 minutes before cutting the brownies
