- 2 cups chickpeas
- 1/2 cup almond butter (or cashews)
- 1/4 cup syrup
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 3/4 tsp coconut oil
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- 1/3 cup shredded coconut
- salt
- preheat oven 170°
- take a blender and add all the ingredients, blend until combined
- spread into a baking sheet lined with parchment paper
- bake for 20-25 minutes (when poking the toothpick into the batter comes out clean)
- wait 20 minutes before cutting the brownies
