i have a thing for batters (cookie batter, cake batter), i don't know why i associate them to melted ice cream (wtf)

i'm not into protein powders, but i was highly baited by instagram and youtube videos, and i started seeking for recipes, i "developed" a recipe that actually taste good (powders aren't that good)

i invented nothing, but this is a guide to recreate it:

    • some tahini (sesame butter)
    • any liquid sweetener (i'm using a 0 calorie, but maple or agave is okay too)
    • 2 scoops of this protein powder - i won't add more than that, that's the only measurment i'm stick to it
    • warm oat milk, my all time favourite milk + cocoa powder to bloom into, the result should be loose / liquidy, not a pudding o a paste
    • 1 tbsp-ish of ground flax seed for, you know, health
    • oat flour for consistency
    • mix mix mix ♡

just lick at the spoon, if you want a sweeter mixture, go ahead, the beauty of this dessert is that it can be eaten as is, lately i tried to bake it: before placing it in a square pan, i add some baking powder and on the oven it goes!

  • how much? well, at 180° for sure, then for a check i poke the dessert with a toothpick, if i eat it raw, it's okay, BUT if i bake it, i want it fully cooked if not over-cooked, i don't like undercooked desserts, but you do you
