• crust
    • 1 cup oats
    • 3 cups blanched nut meal
    • 4 tbsp neutral oil
    • salt
    • 4 tbsp sweetener
  • filling
    • 2 cups coconut cream
    • 200g dark chocolate
    • 1/2 cup sweetener
    • 1/2 cup hazelnut butter
  • method
    • for the crust: whiz the oats in a blender until you get a flour; mix all the crust ingredients in a bowl until sticky and moist
    • press the mixture in a cake tin and bake per 12-15 min at 180°
    • for the filling: melt the chocolate and mix with the rest of the ingredients, it should get very creamy
    • pour the mixture in the cooled crust, and place in the freezer to set for a few hours or in the fridge overnight
