- 1 cup oats
- 3 cups blanched nut meal
- 4 tbsp neutral oil
- salt
- 4 tbsp sweetener
- filling
- 2 cups coconut cream
- 200g dark chocolate
- 1/2 cup sweetener
- 1/2 cup hazelnut butter
- method
- for the crust: whiz the oats in a blender until you get a flour; mix all the crust ingredients in a bowl until sticky and moist
- press the mixture in a cake tin and bake per 12-15 min at 180°
- for the filling: melt the chocolate and mix with the rest of the ingredients, it should get very creamy
- pour the mixture in the cooled crust, and place in the freezer to set for a few hours or in the fridge overnight
