- crust
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1 + 1/2 cups hazelnuts
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
- 2 tbsp syrup
- salt
- filling
- 2 cups hazelnut butter
- 1 cup dates
- 1 avocado
- 3 tbsp cacao powder
- 1/2 cup syrup
- vanilla
- method
- for the crust: process oat & hazelnut until a meal is formed, add the rest and it will be a sticky dough
- grease a crust tin and press the dough in it, bake a 175° for 12-15 mins
- for the fillings: add the ingredients in a food processor, and mix until it turns into a pudding/cream filling
- pour in the tart and spread evenly
