    • 1/2 cup oats
    • 1 + 1/2 cups hazelnuts
    • 2 tbsp coconut oil
    • 2 tbsp syrup
    • salt
  • filling
    • 2 cups hazelnut butter
    • 1 cup dates
    • 1 avocado
    • 3 tbsp cacao powder
    • 1/2 cup syrup
    • vanilla
  • method
    • for the crust: process oat & hazelnut until a meal is formed, add the rest and it will be a sticky dough
    • grease a crust tin and press the dough in it, bake a 175° for 12-15 mins
    • for the fillings: add the ingredients in a food processor, and mix until it turns into a pudding/cream filling
    • pour in the tart and spread evenly
