• 3 cups quinoa flour
    • 4 + 1/2 cup almond milk
    • 1 + 1/2 tbsp ground flax seeds
    • 3 tbsp syrup
    • vanilla
    • margarine (or diary free butter)
  • create a smooth batter mixing the flour, milk, seeds, syrup and vanilla, let it rest for 10 mins
  • heat a pan and grease with non dairy butter, and pour a bit of batter
  • guess what, it's simple, repeat until you have batter, it's good and yummy, eat it with fruit or chocolate of whatever you like
