  • dry: 125g any gluten-free flour, 125g oat / rice flour, 2 tsp ground flax seeds (optional cinnamon powder)
  • wet: 500ml any dairy free milk (soy, oat, rice), 1 tbsp neutral oil (like canola, or corn), 2 tbsp agave or other sweetener
  • toppings: butter, jam, coconut flakes

  • dry: 125g any gluten-free flour, 100g oat / rice flour, 25g of cocoa powder, a splash of vanilla, 2 tsp ground flax seeds
  • wet: 500ml any dairy free milk (soy, oat, rice), 1 tbsp neutral oil (like canola, or corn), 2 tbsp agave or other sweetener
  • toppings: chocolate nut spread, fresh fruit, chocolate curls

  • in a non-stick pan pour a lidle of batter, let it smooth on the surface and let it cook
