• 400g cashews (soaked overnight)
    • 1 large handful dill
    • 2 celery sticks
    • 1 tbsp lemon juice
    • 3 tbsp nutritional yeast
    • salt
    • black pepper
  • place all ingredients into a food processor and process until a spread-like texture forms
  • transfer into an airtight container and store in the fridge for 3-4 days
  • use as a spread on toast, in sandwiches, on crackers...
