- 400g cashews (soaked overnight)
- 1 large handful dill
- 2 celery sticks
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 3 tbsp nutritional yeast
- salt
- black pepper
- place all ingredients into a food processor and process until a spread-like texture forms
- transfer into an airtight container and store in the fridge for 3-4 days
- use as a spread on toast, in sandwiches, on crackers...
