- 2 cups raw roasted, soaked overnight
- 1 + 1/4 cup water
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1/4 cup nutritional yeast
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 1 tsp white miso paste
- puree all ingredients together in food processor or high powered blender for 3-5 minutes until completely smooth
- serve or store in fridge for up to one week
