    • desicated coconut on the side
    • fresh sliced fruit
  • start with the dipping for the rice rolls: mix some warm water, soy milk powder and a sweetener, like stevia, agave, honey...
  • dip the rice paper on the mixture and place on a flat suface
  • fill the rice paper with the fruit, like mangoes or coined banana, strawberries, and rice noodles
  • roll the paper, securing the filling inside
  • roll the roll (lol) on the desicate coconut, enjoy!
