- rice papers
- warm water + soy milk powder
- sweetener
- rice noodles
- desicated coconut on the side
- fresh sliced fruit
- start with the dipping for the rice rolls: mix some warm water, soy milk powder and a sweetener, like stevia, agave, honey...
- dip the rice paper on the mixture and place on a flat suface
- fill the rice paper with the fruit, like mangoes or coined banana, strawberries, and rice noodles
- roll the paper, securing the filling inside
- roll the roll (lol) on the desicate coconut, enjoy!
