- for the evaporated milk
- 90 g soy milk powder (or other dairy free milk powder, rice, coconut, etc...)
- 60 g warm water + more if needed
- 20 g tahini or cashew butter
- or another fat like coconut oil or dairy free butter
- for the condensed milk
- 85 g icing sugar, xylitol for keto
- i use truvia for a 0 calorie sweetener, use any powdered sweetener
- mix the milk powder with warm water to create a paste, warm liquid for helping the rehydration, then add the fat and salt, if you decide to have a sweet condensed milk, use the icing sugar alternative; it's good as hell fuck, dip some strawberries or make some fudge or ice cream
