- 300g pears
- 200g zucchini
- parsley
- 1 lemon, juice & peel
- salt
- pepper
- extra virgin olive oil
- chop chop chop the cheese slices into thin sticks
- peel and dice the pears, and the zucchini into thicker sticks; put them into a bowl with the cheese
- emulsify with a whisk the lemon juice with salt and pepper, 2 spoons of oil, and the chopped parsley; toss it over the salad and enjoy!
