• 1 cup pitted dates
    • 1/2 cup roasted hazelnuts
    • 2 tbsp hazelnut butter
    • 2 tbsp cacao powder
    • 2 tbsp syrup
    • whole hazelnut for centre
    • 1/4 finely chopped hazelnut for rolling
    • 1/4 cup millet or quinoa flakes (for rolling)
    • 1 cup melted dark chocolate
  • create a dough with the hazelnuts, the dates, hazelnut butter, cacao powder and syrup
  • take a tbsp of the dough and add a hazelnut in the centre, close carefully and drop the ball in the melted chocolate
  • quickly toss it in some chopped nuts and millet
