- 1 cup raw cashwes - soaked overnigh
- 1/2 cup cacao powder
- 1/2 cup syrup
- 1/3 cup of cacao butter
- vanilla extract
- melt the cacao butter on low heat, set aside
- blend cashews, cacao powder, syrup & vanilla until smooth
- then slowly add the melted cacao butter while blending until incorporated
- pour the mixture in some molds, decorate with roasted hazelnuts
- freeze at least 15'
