• 1 cup raw cashwes - soaked overnigh
    • 1/2 cup cacao powder
    • 1/2 cup syrup
    • 1/3 cup of cacao butter
    • vanilla extract
  • melt the cacao butter on low heat, set aside
  • blend cashews, cacao powder, syrup & vanilla until smooth
  • then slowly add the melted cacao butter while blending until incorporated
  • pour the mixture in some molds, decorate with roasted hazelnuts
  • freeze at least 15'
