• 1 can coconut cream (400ml)
    • 2 tbsp hazelnut butter
    • 3 tbsp syrup
    • vanilla
    • salt
    • 3 tbsp melted chocolate chips
  • beat the coconut cream until fluffy, add the hazelnut butter, syrup, vanilla, salt and incorporate
  • pour the mousse in jars and refrigerate
  • add the melted chocolate on top of the mousse just when it's cooled down
  • better served 4 hours after refrigerate or overnight!
