- 1 can coconut cream (400ml)
- 2 tbsp hazelnut butter
- 3 tbsp syrup
- vanilla
- salt
- 3 tbsp melted chocolate chips
- beat the coconut cream until fluffy, add the hazelnut butter, syrup, vanilla, salt and incorporate
- pour the mousse in jars and refrigerate
- add the melted chocolate on top of the mousse just when it's cooled down
- better served 4 hours after refrigerate or overnight!
