• 200 ml non-fat almond/oat yogurt (plain)
    • 1 cup almond/oat milk
    • 1/2 cup carrots (minced)

    • add all the ingredients in a blender, and blend until you get a smooth consistency
    • take a spoonful of this mixture and drop them one by one in the cubes of the ice-tray
    • put the tray in the deep freezer, until the mixture gets solid
    • please ensure to use the non-fat yogurt only
