- scrambled tofu recipe
- balsamic mushrooms
- finely sliced mushrooms
- balsamic vinegar
- oil
- salt
- pepper
- sautée the mushrooms in a pan with a bit of oil, then drizzle over some balsamic, salt and pepper
- mushroom + tofu = protein for a balanced meal add some veggies and maybe a grain like rice or couscous
- the kids loves this combo for brekkie and i sneak in some baby spinach or carrots and sometimes i can even feed them with some kimchi as a side :) i don't force them eating what they don't want to, but i like them to have options and let them chose a healthy meal
