• ingredients
    • a can of chickpeas
    • 1 sheet of nori - finely chopped
    • 1/2 red onion - finely chopped
    • 1 tbsp vinegar
    • 1/2 tbsp dijon mustard
    • 1 tbsp tamari
    • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
    • 1 tbsp nutritional yeast
    • 2 tbsp eggless mayonnaise
    • dash of salt
    • dash of pepper
  • method
    • in a mixing bowl add the chickpeas and mash them with a fork
    • add in the remaining ingredients: eggless mayonnaise, finely chopped nori and red onion, garlic powder, nutritional yeast, tamari, dijon mustard, white vinegar, salt and pepper
    • mix mix mix
    • can be stored in a container in fridge up to 4 days
