- ingredients
- a can of chickpeas
- 1 sheet of nori - finely chopped
- 1/2 red onion - finely chopped
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1/2 tbsp dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp tamari
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp nutritional yeast
- 2 tbsp eggless mayonnaise
- dash of salt
- dash of pepper
- method
- in a mixing bowl add the chickpeas and mash them with a fork
- add in the remaining ingredients: eggless mayonnaise, finely chopped nori and red onion, garlic powder, nutritional yeast, tamari, dijon mustard, white vinegar, salt and pepper
- mix mix mix
- can be stored in a container in fridge up to 4 days
