• 2 + 1/2 cups blueberries (fresh or frozen)
    • 2 tbsp lemon juice
    • 1/2 tsp vanilla
    • 2 tbsp starch
    • 1/4 cup syrup
    • 1 cup oats
    • 1/4 cup ground flax seeds
    • 1/4 cup almond flour
    • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
    • 1/3 cup coconut oil - melted
  • preheat the oven at 170°
  • mix: the blueberries, lemon juice, starch, vanilla and half of the syrup; add it to a prepared pie plate; mix the oil, oats, flax seeds, almond flour, cinnamon and syrup and toss it over the blueberries
  • bake for 40' until golden
