- 2 + 1/2 cups blueberries (fresh or frozen)
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 2 tbsp starch
- 1/4 cup syrup
- 1 cup oats
- 1/4 cup ground flax seeds
- 1/4 cup almond flour
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/3 cup coconut oil - melted
- preheat the oven at 170°
- mix: the blueberries, lemon juice, starch, vanilla and half of the syrup; add it to a prepared pie plate; mix the oil, oats, flax seeds, almond flour, cinnamon and syrup and toss it over the blueberries
- bake for 40' until golden
