- 2 cups oats
- 1 cup almonds, blitzed
- 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
- 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
- 1/2 mug dessicated coconut
- 2 tbsp coconut oil, melted
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- handful raisins
- put dry ingredients on a lined baking tray, drizzle over coconut oil and mix well, place in oven on 200° for 20-30' or until golden brown
- remove and leave to cool before serving
