- 300g oats
- 10 pitted dates
- 140g raw almonds
- 35g hemp seeds
- 40g chia seeds
- 35g ground flax seeds
- 50g coconut flakes
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp pumpkin spice
- add the ingredients in a blender: pulse on a low speed until the dates are blended in the mixture
- use a few spoons of the mix in a bowl of oat milk with berries or other fruit and mix
- ta-dah!
