• 300g oats
    • 10 pitted dates
    • 140g raw almonds
    • 35g hemp seeds
    • 40g chia seeds
    • 35g ground flax seeds
    • 50g coconut flakes
    • 1 tbsp maple syrup
    • 1 tsp cinnamon
    • 1 tsp vanilla extract
    • 1/4 tsp pumpkin spice
  • add the ingredients in a blender: pulse on a low speed until the dates are blended in the mixture
  • use a few spoons of the mix in a bowl of oat milk with berries or other fruit and mix
  • ta-dah!
