- you need
- 2 cups of water
- 3 sprigs of fresh rosemary
- method
- bring the water to a pot and let it boil for two minutes (only if you use tap water), then lower the temperature to simmer (i repeat: simmer!!!)
- toss the rosemary to the simmering water and let the mixture simmer for 15 minutes
- at this point remove the pot from heat and let it cool for 30 minutes, then strain the water into a spray bottle or a mason jar - keep it in the fridge
- it's done!
- you can use it like this, but if you want to be and extra b!tch you can elevate it like this...
- after draining the sprig, return it to the pot and add 1/4 cup of flax seeds, mix it well and let it simmer again for 15/30 minutes
- this time is not accurate, you can check the consistency ⮥ it should be kinda slimy, and this is you clou that it's done
- again: strain the seeds (you can use them to make a seeded cracker or grind it into powder and consume it as you like) and store the rosemary-flax-jelly-water in the fridge when you're done use it
- it lasts 2-3 weeks, so use it before it spoils
- if you think it's too much water for a single weekly usage use it as a hair rinse when showering for both scalp and lenght
