- 1 can chickpeas, rinsed/drained
- 2 tbsp onion flakes
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- salt
- pepper
- corn flakes for the coating
- blend all the ingredients and form nuggets, coat them in crushed cereal and bake it with a little oil until crispy
- i make them pretty much everyday bc the kids are picky and have taste lol, they are so easy to make. this ^ is a basic recipe but sometimes i add tomato puree, nooch, chopped nuts or extra spice (like turmeric, curry, sweet paprika, herbs like basil or oregano), just because i make them often i don't fry them, it would be unhealty for the babies. since they need to stuck their protein, they need to eat them as healthy as possible, maybe dipped in ketchup or mayo ♥
