• 1 tbsp soy sauce
    • 1 tbsp liquid smoke
    • 1 tbsp maple syrup
    • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
    • 1 cup unsweetened flaked coconut
  • add ingredients in a bowl, mix it until the coconut is well coatet
  • spread coconut on parchment-lined baking sheet, bake until browned (about 15') gently flipping every 5' to avoid burning (180°)
  • allow to cool completely
