- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp liquid smoke
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 cup unsweetened flaked coconut
- add ingredients in a bowl, mix it until the coconut is well coatet
- spread coconut on parchment-lined baking sheet, bake until browned (about 15') gently flipping every 5' to avoid burning (180°)
- allow to cool completely
