- kids' kind of meatballs substitute
- 200g chickpeas, drained & rinsed
- 90g oats
- 2 tsp aquafaba
- handful of cilantro
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp turmeric
- 1 tsp cumin
- pinch of salt
- dash of garlic powder
- pre-heat oven to 210° - blend the oats in a blender until it becomes a flour. Then add all the other ingredients and blend until fairly smooth;
- form patties into the any size - bake for 10' each side
