  • 200g chickpeas, drained & rinsed
  • 90g oats
  • 2 tsp aquafaba
  • handful of cilantro
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • pinch of salt
  • dash of garlic powder
    • instructions
  • pre-heat oven to 210° - blend the oats in a blender until it becomes a flour. Then add all the other ingredients and blend until fairly smooth;
  • form patties into the any size - bake for 10' each side
