• 1/2 cup oats, blended
    • 1 tbsp onion flakes
    • 1 tbsp nutritional yeast
    • 1 tsp paprika
    • 1 tsp cumin
    • 1 tsp oregano
    • salt
    • pepper
    • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
    • 2 tbsp tomato puree
    • 1/2 mug/small tin sweetcorn
    • 1 tin mixed beans (kidney, black, cannellini, red beans)
  • add the dry ingredients to the oat flour and blend, add in the wet ingredients and blend until the mixture sticks
  • form 6 patties, place on a lined baking tray and cook on 180° for 20-25'
  • serve in lettuce leaf wraps with sauce or spread, and toppings of choice
