- 1/2 cup oats, blended
- 1 tbsp onion flakes
- 1 tbsp nutritional yeast
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp oregano
- salt
- pepper
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 2 tbsp tomato puree
- 1/2 mug/small tin sweetcorn
- 1 tin mixed beans (kidney, black, cannellini, red beans)
- add the dry ingredients to the oat flour and blend, add in the wet ingredients and blend until the mixture sticks
- form 6 patties, place on a lined baking tray and cook on 180° for 20-25'
- serve in lettuce leaf wraps with sauce or spread, and toppings of choice
