• 1 cup red lentils, rinsed & cooked
    • 1 medium white onion, diced
    • 1 red pepper, diced
    • 2 tbsp chickpea flour/brown rice
    • 4 tbsps nutritional yeast
    • 1 tsp oregano
    • 1 tsp chili flakes
    • 1 tsp spicy paprika
    • 1 tsp garlic powder
    • salt
    • black pepper
  • mash the lentils and add them to the remaining ingredients, mix well
  • heat up a pan and shape 4 cakes from the mix, cook them for 8' each side
