- 1 cup red lentils, rinsed & cooked
- 1 medium white onion, diced
- 1 red pepper, diced
- 2 tbsp chickpea flour/brown rice
- 4 tbsps nutritional yeast
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1 tsp chili flakes
- 1 tsp spicy paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- salt
- black pepper
- mash the lentils and add them to the remaining ingredients, mix well
- heat up a pan and shape 4 cakes from the mix, cook them for 8' each side
