- 1/2 block of tofu
- 1 tsp sriracha sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp fresh grated ginger
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- juice of 1/2 a lime
- dash of garlic powder
- gently squeeze the tofu to remove excess water, cut it into small cubes and set aside
- in a bowl, whisk together all the sriracha sauce ingredients until well combined, add tofu into the bowl and toss with the dressing
- transfer the tofu to a lined baking sheet and bake at 210° for 30' until crispy, flipping halfway through
