- tempeh marinade (overnight it's better)
- 200g organic tempeh
- 2 tbsp tamari
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp of finely chopped fresh lemongrass
- pan fry the marinated tempeh until browned
- add 1 cup soy cream and vanilla beans, cook until fragrant
- serve with steamed rice, broccoli, peas and other veggies with lemon juice
