• tempeh marinade (overnight it's better)
  • 200g organic tempeh
  • 2 tbsp tamari
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp of finely chopped fresh lemongrass
    • what to do
  • pan fry the marinated tempeh until browned
  • add 1 cup soy cream and vanilla beans, cook until fragrant
  • serve with steamed rice, broccoli, peas and other veggies with lemon juice
