• 70g oat flour
    • 40g flour
    • 30g shredded coconut
    • 15g vanilla protein powder
    • 2 tsp baking powder
    • 150g frozen blueberries
    • 1/4 cup applesauce
    • 60ml sweetener
    • 60ml soy milk
    • muffin tins
  • preheat the oven at 170° and prepare the muffin tins, you can use aluminum or paper or silicone
  • mix the dry ingredients and the wet separately, add the blueberries to the dry and mix to coat them in flour, then mix the two bowls
  • scoop the batter in the muffin tins, and bake them in the oven for 18-20 minutes
  • after cooking, let them rest untouched for 10 minutes
  • enjoy!
