    • 140g bow tie pasta (gf)
    • 1 shallot
    • 300g frozen peas
    • 1 tbsp curry powder
      • i like it spicy
    • 1 sprig of parsley
    • sojasun natural dairy free yogurt (250g)
    • salt
  • method
    • cook the pasta in salted water
    • chop chop chop the parsley and shallot, water saute them in a nonstick pan; add in the frozen peas and let them cook
    • in a bowl, add the curry and yogurt with a pinch of salt, mix mix mix until combined, gently fold in the cooked peas, let them mingle with the curry sauce
    • lastly, drain the water, and mix mix mix the pasta with the sauce, serve!
  • i often leave out the parsley, sometimes i add some chili powder or pepper
