- 140g bow tie pasta (gf)
- 1 shallot
- 300g frozen peas
- 1 tbsp curry powder
- 1 sprig of parsley
- sojasun natural dairy free yogurt (250g)
- salt
- method
- cook the pasta in salted water
- chop chop chop the parsley and shallot, water saute them in a nonstick pan; add in the frozen peas and let them cook
- in a bowl, add the curry and yogurt with a pinch of salt, mix mix mix until combined, gently fold in the cooked peas, let them mingle with the curry sauce
- lastly, drain the water, and mix mix mix the pasta with the sauce, serve!
- i often leave out the parsley, sometimes i add some chili powder or pepper
