- 10 cups oats
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup stevia or any powder sweetener
- 1 cup soy milk powder
- ikea ziplock bags for storage
- method
- mix the ingredients, if you want, you can blend the oats almost in a powder; if you want a nourish mixture, add in the blender some chia seeds, flax seeds and hemp seeds and grind into a powder
- mix with 1/2 cup of oats with 3/4 cup of water and microwave for 1-2 minutes
