    • 1/3 cup oats
    • 1 cup water / oat milk
    • 1/4 cinnamon
    • 1 medium pear
  • in the microwave for 1-2 minute: oat + liquid well stirred; spice it up with the cinnamon
  • cube the pear and eat it as a side or in the porridge
