• 1 cup oats
    • 1 shot espresso
    • 1 cup oat milk
    • 1/4 cup packed coconut suga
  • toppings
    • nuts
    • dried fruit
    • granola
    • chocolate etc...
  • method
    • cook oats in water + froth the oat milk until foamy
    • when the oats are cooked, stir in the coffee and brown sugar into + add the milk and gently fold into the oats, leaving some of the foam on top
    • spoon into serving bowls and add toppings
  • for the kids i used barley coffee (decaf) + orange zest and agave syrup on top
