- 1 cup oats
- 1 shot espresso
- 1 cup oat milk
- 1/4 cup packed coconut suga
- toppings
- nuts
- dried fruit
- granola
- chocolate etc...
- method
- cook oats in water + froth the oat milk until foamy
- when the oats are cooked, stir in the coffee and brown sugar into + add the milk and gently fold into the oats, leaving some of the foam on top
- spoon into serving bowls and add toppings
- for the kids i used barley coffee (decaf) + orange zest and agave syrup on top
