- 140g oats
- 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder
- 24g ground oats (oat flour)
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- a pinch of salt
- 1 small banana
- 130g soy milk
- 2 tbsp syrup
- 60g chopped strawberries
- muffin tins
- method
- preheat the oven at 170° and prepare the muffin tins, you can use aluminum or paper or silicone
- combine in a bowl the flour, oats, baking powder, salt, protein powder and mix
- add the mashed banana, soy milk and sweetener and stir to combine but don't overmix
- pour the oatmeal in the tins, don't overfill, because now you'll add the chopped strawberries
- bake for 20 minutes
- after cooking wait 10-15 minutes, enjoy!
