    • 140g oats
    • 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder
    • 24g ground oats (oat flour)
    • 1/2 tsp baking powder
    • a pinch of salt
    • 1 small banana
    • 130g soy milk
    • 2 tbsp syrup
    • 60g chopped strawberries
    • muffin tins
  • method
    • preheat the oven at 170° and prepare the muffin tins, you can use aluminum or paper or silicone
    • combine in a bowl the flour, oats, baking powder, salt, protein powder and mix
    • add the mashed banana, soy milk and sweetener and stir to combine but don't overmix
    • pour the oatmeal in the tins, don't overfill, because now you'll add the chopped strawberries
    • bake for 20 minutes
  • after cooking wait 10-15 minutes, enjoy!
