- 1/2 cup oats
- 1/4 cup pumpkin purée
- 1/2 tsp or more pumpkin pie spice
- 1 tbsp syrup
- 1 tbsp espresso powder/barley coffee powder
- 1/2 cup plant milk (oat, soy, rice are my favs)
- 1/2 cup water
- for kids i use barley coffee powder (it's coffee for children, and it's super yummy)
