• 1/2 cup oats
    • 1/4 cup pumpkin purée
    • 1/2 tsp or more pumpkin pie spice
    • 1 tbsp syrup
    • 1 tbsp espresso powder/barley coffee powder
    • 1/2 cup plant milk (oat, soy, rice are my favs)
    • 1/2 cup water
  • for kids i use barley coffee powder (it's coffee for children, and it's super yummy)
