- ingredients
- 1/2 cup flour (any: oat, rice, wheat, spelt...)
- 1/2 cup wholemeal spelt/corn/oat flour
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1 mashed banana
- 1/2 cup vegan yogurt
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 6 tbsp spread
- method
- create the batter mixing all the ingredients except the spread
- if you make the pancake: heat a frying pan and pour a spoonful of batter, let it cook a little, and add a tsp of spread and cover it with a bit of batter
- if you make the waffle: same thing, but in a waffle machine, do not close the machine after pouring the first round of batter, add the spread and the remaining batter
