- ingredients
- 70g ground oats / oat flour
- 30g chickpea flour
- 10g vanilla protein powder
- 2 tsp baking powder
- a pinch of salt
- 1 banana
- 170g soy milk (almond works too)
- 1 tbsp syrup
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- method
- in a blender: pour the banana, soy milk, syrup and extract - mix to combine
- then add: ground oats, chickpea flour, protein powder, baking powder and salt - mix until just combined, let it sit for 10 minutes
- cook the pancakes in a pan (or if you are lazy like me, use a waffle machine)
- tip cook on low heat, otherwise it could be gummy
