• ingredients
    • 2 cups riced cauliflower
    • 2 cups cooked black lentils
    • some basil leaves
    • 2 cloves of garlic
    • 1 yellow onion
  • sauce
    • 2 cups tomato sauce
    • 1 tsp chili powder
    • 1/2 tsp oregano
  • method
    • pan fry the cauliflower rice with a drop of oil, the cloves of garlic (minced or removed after cooking) and the onion
    • then add the lentils and warm up a bit
    • garnish with the basil leaves
    • add the tomato sauce and enjoy
