- ingredients
- 2 cups riced cauliflower
- 2 cups cooked black lentils
- some basil leaves
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 yellow onion
- sauce
- 2 cups tomato sauce
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1/2 tsp oregano
- method
- pan fry the cauliflower rice with a drop of oil, the cloves of garlic (minced or removed after cooking) and the onion
- then add the lentils and warm up a bit
- garnish with the basil leaves
- add the tomato sauce and enjoy
