  • 1 cup quinoa
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 thumb ginger
  • salt
  • 1 cucumber, diced
  • 1 small handful basil, chopped
    • dressing
  • 1/4 lemon juice
  • 1/4 lime juice
  • 2 tbsp avocado/olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves crushed
    • instructions
  • heat up the water and let it infuse with the ginger and salt, cook the quinoa in it
  • once cooked, add some pepper, the cucumber and basil plus the dressing
