- 1 cup quinoa
- 2 cups water
- 1 thumb ginger
- salt
- 1 cucumber, diced
- 1 small handful basil, chopped
- 1/4 lemon juice
- 1/4 lime juice
- 2 tbsp avocado/olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves crushed
- heat up the water and let it infuse with the ginger and salt, cook the quinoa in it
- once cooked, add some pepper, the cucumber and basil plus the dressing
