• ingredients
    • 3/4 cup brown rice
    • 1 + 3/4 cups canned jackfruit
    • 1 clove of garlic
    • 1 + 1/2 tbsp tamari
    • 1 tsp coconut sugar
    • 1/4 tsp chili flakes
    • 1 tsp sesame oil
    • 1 diced cucumber
    • 2 grated carrots
    • 1/2 cup kimchi
    • 1 tbsp sesame seeds
    • 1 stalk diced green onion
  • method
    • cook the rice first, drain and let it cool down
    • in a pan add the jackfruit, garlic, tamari, coconut sugar, chili and cook until the jackfruit is softened (15 mins c.a.) once done add the sesame oil and remove from heat
    • plate the rice with cucumber, kimchi, carrots, jackfruit and top with sesame seeds
