    • 45 g kale leaves, torn into pieces
    • 1 avocado
    • juice of 1 lemon
    • 1 clove of garlic
    • salt to taste
    • vinegar to taste
  • method
    • add kale leaves in a bowl
    • blend the rest of the ingredients until smooth
    • pour the sauce over the kale, and massage it to remove the bitterness of the leafy green
  • top with salt, nuts, raisins, or enjoy with konjac noodles, sooooo yummy
