- 45 g kale leaves, torn into pieces
- 1 avocado
- juice of 1 lemon
- 1 clove of garlic
- salt to taste
- vinegar to taste
- method
- add kale leaves in a bowl
- blend the rest of the ingredients until smooth
- pour the sauce over the kale, and massage it to remove the bitterness of the leafy green
